Who we are

What we collect and why

When you use the enquiry form we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode and whatever you tell us about the job. We use this to reply to you, arrange a visit and provide a quote. Our lawful basis is that this is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.

If you become a customer we keep your contact details and job records for as long as we need them for accounting and guarantee purposes, normally six years after the work is completed. Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months.

Where your details go

To deliver the enquiry to us we use the following services, which process data on our behalf:

Cloudflare hosts the website and handles the form submission.
Resend sends the enquiry to our email inbox.
HighLevel is the customer system we use to keep track of enquiries and follow up.

We do not sell your details or share them with anyone for marketing.

This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie for security purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email nigelbrockhouse@live.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
